Really!! Then it would appear that 90% of Coperate America is 'anal retentive' when they require their employees to dress as to reflect positivly on their employer while on company business. While I may not always agree with the practice of a dress code but I certainly understand the logic of management.

They are asking them to dress for the INDUSTRY, not the company. I don't mind the company setting a dress code. But these guys sell SPORTS GEAR, not suits. They need to wear the stuff they sell.

Lack of a dress code doesn't seem to hurt companies like Apple very much. Harley-Davidson likewise echews the suit and tie and last time I checked was doing ok.
