Yeah, but, a LOT of male (and otherwise) humans were hysterical during and after Hurricane Katrina and I wouldn't go so far as to conclude they were "gay" because of it (not that you are, just saying, the article and all)...so, is it because they were "gay" that males (and females, too) looted in N.O.? I mean, that's hysteria.

Shepherd Smith did Katrina in shrieking-fairy mode, breathless Oh-My-God-Oh-My-God to the extent that I ceased watching any Katrina from my first exposure to his schtick.

Earlier, his email editor responded to my query as to why Shepherd Smith persisted in calling terrorists "militants" with a hissy "Well! Just who are YOU!"

Smith is not acceptable from a reportage standpoint, his sexual orientation notwithstanding.
