I'm going to throw something into the stew. Suppose, just for argument's sake, that this "outing" is a lie.

1. Isn't it a little odd that only Fox News (the non-MSN) employees must be outed?

2. In this day and age, how much chance would Smith have of winning a libel suit?

3. It is an article of Faith on the Left that all of us right wingers are so stupid that we will light torches and grab our pitchforks and camp on Fox's doorstep until we can burn Shep at the stake, simply because some leftist fairy claims he saw Smith in a gay bar...
