Mr. President... it's no big deal. To be expected that some prosecutor would come up with something that someone in your administration might have done wrong. At least you aren't trying to explain why your boyhood friend and close confident was found dead on a park bench, why your wife is being investigated for missing billing records, why your wife's former partner and political assistant is in jail for falsifying billing records, why hundreds of FBI files of your political enemies were found in your wife's office, why some bimbo says you dropped trow on her, why another says you raped her, and why your former business partner and his wife are in jail for defrauding an S&L.

That was brief and to the point. I have to say I think the President is PO'ed!

Nice contrast to the LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG presser immediately preceding.

Well, at least he didn't squint a lot and ramble on about 'freedom.' :-)

You'll never get Bush to contradict a Grand Jury conclusion publically.

He does believe in the rule of law.

I did not get to see the coverage, but I hope our President looked as angry as he sounded.

Trust me.... he did!

My impression was that he sent a message about Libby- "well done, good and faithful servant."

If Libby is convicted of something, look for an executive pardon.

I think you're being naive... even the allegation that he lied is no more than he-said she-said comparisons. After two years someone was going to be indicted, and unfortunately it wasn't going to be either Wilson or his wife!

Yeah that's the thing.... there is no real "evidence" that he lied. It's a he said she said deal. I don't think he'll be convicted of anything.

All brought to you by The Most Ethical Administration in History, and all willingly rationalized and justified by the MSM!

The news said that, if convicted, Libby could get up to 30 years!

Meanwhile the Clinton crime couple keeps getting rich.

Rosen Trial Verdict Sets Stage for Paul Civil Suit

The first ever civil suit to charge a U.S. President and Senator with fraud, coercion and conspiracy was given a major boost during the recent trial of David Rosen, former National Finance Director of Hillary Clinton's 2000 Senate campaign, when the Justice Department corroborated several key allegations of the civil suit with no challenge from the defense.

Among them: that Plaintiff Peter Paul contributed more than $1.2 million of his personal funds to Hillary Clinton's Senate campaign as part of an attempt to involve Bill Clinton in Paul's internet businesses after he left the White House, and that the co-defendants in the civil suit were acting on behalf of Bill and Hillary Clinton.

Also, Hillary Clinton is the first first lady to testify before a grand jury when she was subpeonaed by the Whitewater grand jury.

Seriously.... after this and Martha Stewart.... it's clear that if officials question you about anything in the world... you just don't answer anything. You take the 5th and keep your mouth shut at all times.

"Darn - who was it who said it's like watching a poodle in a pond full of alligators - what in the world? COME ON W. You're clearly capable of toughness - please direct some at your OPPONENTS FOR A CHANGE. Good grief."

Man, I'll tell ya, you are correct. Why does the left keep on getting a pass? Is it because we are afraid of hurting their feelings? It's time, way past time to kick some lefty tail and we need some leadership. Yeah, get loud if you have to, just for God's sake do something besides roll over. Nice gets us nowhere. The left will never stop until they get a little scared. They are not scared because we always roll over. What doe we have to lose by taking it to them? Somebody, please tell me.
