Good point. This guy has absolutely no understanding of the private sector economic engine that makes America great.

Such judges, of whom we have an overwhelming majority on the USSC, are incapable of understanding why they should make rulings that are supportive of the rights of the American people to a civilized society.

Our experience with these guys should have provided all the evidence we need to cease the practice of providing them ever more remunerative federal government employment.

I agree. I would prefer someone with "real world" experience but I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
