Huh? I'm a private practice lawyer, and I can tell you that it has no relevance to being qualified for the Supreme Court.
And I've worked for lawyers many, many years and I think it does matter. But I'm sure it could have been a worse pick. The best judges I've seen have had lots of private experience but I guess Bush can't please everyone nor should he try. If Concerned Women are happy, that's all that matters.
