The more groups like this come out against the nomination, the better it looks to me... :)

As recent as 2001, Judge Alito ruled unconstitutional a public school policy that would have protected students from harassment based on their sexual orientation.

It's not in the constitution. I know these types like to jam things in places where they don't belong, but in this case, it really truly won't fit.

So, we are back to normal.

Phew.

The whole Miers debacle was like the Twilight Zone for a month.

civil rights, women's rights, privacy rights

Translation: The unlimited right to kill unborn babies and the unlimited right to sexual perversion--not only to indulge in it, but to rub it in everyone's face in public and teach it to school children.

I remember often pointing out that when clinton was president, he was willing to betray all the Democrats' favorite policies to retain his popularity, but the one thing he would not compromise on was the liberals' two favorite sexual indulgence issues: abortion and perversion. That's pretty much what the Democrat party stands for these days, abortion and perversion.

I just wish the extremists on this issue would just go away - and that goes for both sides.

Here's the summary of the case from the New York Times ( http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1513019/posts ):

• Judge Alito wrote a unanimous Third Circuit's opinion that struck down a Pennsylvania school board's antiharassment policy, which he said was so far-reaching that it would punish students for "simple acts of teasing and name-calling."

"extreme ideological activism" = anyone who won't worship exclusively at the altar of PC deviant sexualism. You pays your money, you snips your unwanted parts, you takes your chances, you get what you get from the taxpayers (who keep their parts they were born with).

Excellent news. PFLAG is a nefarious group of enablers and sycophants.
