I think you can be sure they have. DeWine's future hinges on his vote. I'd say the same for Graham. And if McLame has real aspirations to run for prez, he'll have to back Alito as well.
I have already decided that he gets no more votes from me, ever. If he is the Republican candidate for Senate next year, then I plan to vote for a conservative Senate candidate from some other party.
This is what I used to do with my children. If they were across the room and I told them to stop doing <whatever>, they had to stop it immediately to avoid getting a "swat". A number of times, they would keep on with it, just checking to see how serious I was. Once I moved to get up, they would immediately stop, but my rule was, "If I have to get up, it's too late."
