Here's another reason why the French "government" will not strike back. Can you imagine what the press they start killing Muslims wholesale in the streets of Paris? This after Chirac and co. made such a to-do out of Bush's "crusade" in Iraq and Afghanistan. It would be too much hypocracy--even for the French! No wonder there is silence from Chirac about all this. He's probably hiding under the bed, wetting his pants. My prediction is that he will let France burn rather than admit that Bush was right all along.
