This is the wages of appeasement and accomodation. The immigrants that have come to the US, over the last century or so, have come to work, to better themselves, and to make America an even better place.

To even say the word "America" can bring tears to the eys. The "people" behind these attacks came to receive, take and destroy. It is purely gratuitous and senseless.

"We are not going to start militias," he said. "You would have to be everywhere."

The beauty of RKBA is that the militia CAN be everywhere. Too bad France believes weakness is strength.

The French militia (National Guard) saved the French Republic during the French Revolution, they will need the militia to secure their neighborhoods. What is wrong with these French leaders. I think when faced with danger, the average French person will use common sense and fight. Their problem is that they mentally are still beholden to government and refuse to take initiative. I think the first Frenchman to die will spark action by the French in the streets. The government better support their citizens or else the government buildings will be set on fire by Muslim rioters and French citizens. The French government better get out of the way and let their people fight. I know that as Americans we make fun of them, but under the right circumstances, the French can be ferocious. If they do, I am willing to overlook their past indiscretions and support them in their fight.

"You would have to be everywhere."

Thus, France's problem...Muslims are EVERYWHERE in France.

This is France's 9/11. Perhaps Europe's as well--although Britain has already had theirs.

"Rioting Spreads to Paris Downtown and Affluent Areas"

It's all good.

(In a relative manner as this could not be happening to a more deserving country)

There is no way to stop this now, same thing in California; new generation immigrants with their vandalism and hatred to law and order are widespread, just turn on the radio, and hear the gansta rap calling the thugs to march lock step.

No way to stop this now because as in France just as it is here, it is politically incorrect to confront anything evil in the name of diversity and tolerance, well trochee la Frances!

Residents gathered at the school gate demanded that the army be deployed or, suggested that citizens band together to protect their neighborhoods.

THAT is their only hope!! They are at even less advantage than what we are because we have guns.

Who wants to bet that France will blame the rioting on Bush and the war in Iraq and Afghanistan, and not on the Islamoradicals?

I am really starting to get worried. There is no sign of this slowing down, in fact, every night things are getting worse. The French government is showing how weak they are right now- and we all know how terrorists love to exploit a nation's weakness.

Is it possible for this entire thing to erupt in Muslim communities all over Europe?

Europe often makes me think of the movie "Zardoz"-- wasn't much of a hit but left an impression on me (well, there was Sean Connery...)

The movie featured an elite little cadre of effete, sterile and impotent weaklings. Very Euro.

Europeans fancy they have an ideology of sophisticated pacifism--they've just been selectively breeding for cowardice.
