because Fitzgerald isn't interested in the "outing". once it was determined that she was not covered by the statute, the GJ simply became a perjury trap setting for Libby and Rove. Wilson's testimony is not pertinent to that - the perjury and obstruction charges are based on things that occurred within the scope of the GJ proceedings alone. the indictments against Libby (and Rove, if it comes) are nice and neat, compartmentalized to just things that occurred during the GJ, so it doesn't open up investigation into the machinations with the CIA that started this whole thing.

Spot on correct. This will SO hurt the whole liberal anti-war movement. wilson is now a major liability to the liberal anti-war effort. I wonder how long it will take for the liberals to throw him overboard.
