BTTT

I really wish that an Amber Alert would remain in Breaking News for at least a few hours.

If it was one of the Admin Mod's kids it would. It should regardless.

I strongly agree...I've posted an Amber Alert shortly after the police issued it for a local child, and it was almost immediately pulled. I seriously don't understand the reasoning behind that. The thread just gets buried otherwise.

God be with Kara, and give her Your protection....

I looked at the original site. No pictures. An amber alert is wasted in this age of instant communication when the best they can do is give descriptions that could be anybody.

Jim, could it please be taken into consideration that Amber Alerts warrant breaking news status?

I've posted some before and the kids were taken across state lines. Kidnappers sometimes come into an area from somewhere else...they aren't just local incidents in many cases.
