Lititz is the next town up from Lancaster. Warwick is a bedroom community on Lititz's SE. (More like a subdivision or two.)

Warwick and Warwick Township are two seperate entities.
"Warwick" is a very rarely used designation for an area just north of the center of Lititz. Warwick Township is the township which surrounds Lititz proper.

I'm sure you know, but Lititz is the town where the Lancaster Airport is located. And it does take a few commercial flights per day.
This has shades of the Laurie Show incident.
