India goes down in record as the only place where the Jewish Diaspora were treated well and not persecuted -- there are Jews known to have lived in Southern India right from after the temple was destroyed.

What the idiotic govt. of Gujarat did was stupid and shouldn't have been done and should be removed pronto with apologies. However, that's not a sufficient reason to blame the entire country.
