Can't answer me, because you don't have an answer. The only "regime change" that you war-hawks care about is in the middle east. I never see any posts calling for "regime change" of dictatorships anywhere else. Somehow, it doesn't make you a "chamberlain" or an "appeaser" because you don't favor spending America's high taxes on "regime change" in Cuba or China or Zimbabwe - - but I'm denounced as an appeaser because I don't favor spending our high taxes on "regime change" in the middle east (a massive folly, because it means - as in Iraq - the establishment of more Islamic republics).
