the uranium at Al Tuwaitha was previously found and under IAEA seal - it doesn't "count" as a WMD find because it wasn't a "fresh claim".

I sense the sarcasm in your post, but when did the IAEA place the seal on it? In the most recent round of inspections? Wasn't some of this uranium slightly enriched?

Oh I here your sarcasm ... that goal posting moving just drive me nuts.

Think about it, we (actually the Americans and British) stopped a dictator who was already funneling billions of dollars from the oil for food "scam", from using that uranium and we secured it! We stopped and secured the making of a WMD. That was a huge accomplishment and yet the goal posts were moved and there is no praise.
