I was asked to help spread the word on this, and how could I not? The story is absolutely heartbreaking.
Michael Porter was arrested Thursday for the death of his two year old stepdaughter. He is accused of striking the little girl in the abdomen earlier in the week causing blunt force trauma and inflicting deadly wounds.
Kelsey Smith Briggs dies hours before her father was due to return from serving in Iraq.

My granddaughter Kelsey was born after her parents were divorced. I wondered why this child would be put on this earth after the two people who were not meant to be together had already gone their separate ways. I knew she had a purpose, but what could it be?
When my son was called to active duty and sent to Iraq I was sure that I knew. God was giving Kelsey to us because her father was not coming home.
I was wrong. Kelsey was the one who did not make it. She died just days before her dad was to return. After nine months of abuse, she joined the other little angels in Heaven. It was then that I knew her purpose...

God got tired of seeing his angel hurt so he took his little precious home. She's now residing in his arms. Now let justice be served on this monster of an earthly father.
George, please accept my condolences to you and your family. I just don't know what to say about why babies are put on this earth, just to die like that : (
And yes, there are too many cases of child abuse that go unpunished. I will do my best to help to protect other innocent, vulnerable children and to call on the full punishment of this awful crime.

The mother is a whore who cheated on her husband with a no-account lowlife who mostly lives off her income and childcare payments.
An all too common scenario that invites atrocities like this.

Correction: her father is a hero serving in Iraq. I hope he gets some time alone with this piece of garbage so he can dispose of it properly.

Prayers and the faith there is a special place in Heaven for her. Hope there is a place in prison for about 30 years for him (prisoners and guards have a special regard for baby killers) and then hades.
