That's another thing that makes me crazy. If you are not a citizen then our constitution doesn't apply to you. Of course there is a snag in that too.
If I hurt an illegal intentionally/unintentionally, mentally or physically I can be sued.
All our laws are supposed to be constitutional. I understand that if a visitor here has been done wrong, but an illegal? They should have no rights at all.

Sent them to Chertoff too. These people need a wake up call. I've never been more frustrated about a republican administration on an issue than I am with this one on immigration.
