I agree it is best to wait on the celebration but with his bombing in Jordan, that really upset a lot of folks with whom he was hiding. They may have given up on him, it would only take one person with the right knowledge.

We saw him in 2004 remember? Supporting Kerry! And we all know that Karl Rove put Bin Laden up to it. No way Bin Laden would support Kerry. But that sneaky Rove got him to do it. Or so says Walter Cronkite.

"He has sworn never to be taken alive by the U.S.," ABC newsman Brian Ross reported Monday, adding: "He actually travels with his own suicide explosive belt." I doubt he has the guts to actually do it.

Understood, but my point was that his head should still be recognizable and the DNA test would not really be necessary. It's unlikely that a man could function with the degree of mobility necessary for today's busy terrorist while carrying around enough explosive to completely obliterate the head (unless he wore it in his hat). /grin

Everyone will be wearing them this season. Hope this chicken dust sicko blows himself to smithereens and winds up with his 42 virgins that all look like Janet Reno.
Merry Christmas AZ.

A suicide belt? This gives OOOPS! an interesting dimension.

Al Qaida chief of operations in Iraq, Abu Musab al Zarqawi, wears a suicide bomb belt so he can kill himself if WHEN capture appears imminent...

I won't believe it till I see his head on a pike (so to speak) but..
I will say that out of all the 'Zarqawi's Dead' rumors over the past few years, this one seems among the most promising.
I'm crossing my fingers.

Zarqawi doesn't have the guts Well, if he did have the guts they'll get his DNA sample from all over the walls.

I tend to take the suicide belt story with a grain, too. This is a guy who would much rather send others to their deaths. If he wears one, I'd have to ask if it was functional or just for appearances.

You can identify with quite a high level of confidence by comparing DNA data with a close relative's.

Let's pray that he is now just a red stain and a bad memory.
Doubtful though.

Whatever happened to cyanide pills? No fun! You have to strike a dramatic pose when you die.
