56% to 42% say more of the same or send more troops.

42% say bring them home. That follows the 40/20/40 rule, but it's hard to believe people are this fricken dumb. 42% can't stay the course while we neuter terrorists, and turn things around in the Middle-East.

42% percent would rather the terrorists get to focus on us at home, rather than fight us off in a foreign land.

So many people are helpless these days.

42% want to bring the troops home and accept defeat. 58% do not want to bring the troops home.

That is how I look at it.

Online polls mean nothing. Oh maybe they make you feel better by making you think you actually did something but it means poo. It's called 'slacktivism'. If you want to make your voice heard, hand write a letter to your local congress critter or senator. It'll be a brazilian times more effective than an online poll would.

Jeez, that's a biased poll if I've ever seen one.

When I see these poll threads over at the DUmmies site, I always go to the link, and find the 'contact us' tab, and then I send a nice email with the link from the dummies, letting them know that the poll is being unfairly tipped to one side. Since it is usually a local site, most of the time they appriciate this info

Did anyone catch a strange thing. Happened just for a second when I tried to vote.

I suppose it could have been an "effector glitch".

Looks like the vote counter has been reset, immediately after a sudden surge by the rats. Apparently the poll detected a script-kiddie at work.
