Unless there's a lot more about this bike you haven't mentioned (what's the overall weight, for example. Wheelbase? Is it streetable?), I might believe it managed that in an 1/8th mile. Because I've never seen a streetable big V-twin that would get anywhere near that number.
I told you that it was street legal. I don't think you have been around many vtwins except what you bump into at the local yuppy bars on bikenight. It was stock length and I changed it over to a hardtail. 34deg rake etc. weighs in at about 550lbs give or take.
