You will see that the soldier is mysteriously wearing pants in the photo, but in the moveon video that you can see by clicking on the photo, he is wearing shorts.

If you enlarge the moveon photo it looked to me like he was wearing one big pant leg covering both his legs.
Someone on a financial web site pointed this out to me.

Yep, it was definitely photoshopped from the fellow right next to him. Even the "random" camo patterns are the same.
