Holding Hillary Clinton Accountable for Campaign Finance Fraud in Hiding $1.2 Million I Contributed to Her 2000 Senate Campaign.

Dear Friends,

Earlier this year, the federal government prosecuted Hillary Clinton's campaign finance chairman, David Rosen, for election fraud, in a case based on my "whistle-blowing." Rosen was not convicted. However, jurors publicly stated that they believed that there had been wrongdoing committed by Hillary Clinton's 2000 Senate Campaign, but they were not convinced that Rosen was behind it. I agree with the jury's conclusion that a "higher up" was involved. I know that "higher up" is Hillary Clinton. I know, because the $1.2 million in-kind contribution that Hillary Clinton hid from the voters of New York and the Federal Election Commission was my personal contribution to her campaign. I know that she caused false statements to be made to the Washington Post, and three fraudulent reports to the Federal Election Commission, in order to hide my identity and the amount that I contributed, in violation of various Federal laws.

Although only David Rosen was criminally prosecuted for her actions, Hillary Clinton is currently a defendant in the first ever civil lawsuit against a Senator and a President for fraud--the historic civil suit I have pending in a California Superior Court. The Clintons conspired to use a business deal that I was negotiating with President Clinton to induce me to become Hillary's largest contributor through three fund-raisers I produced and underwrote. This included the largest fundraising event of her campaign, the Hollywood Gala Farewell Salute to President Clinton, which was the centerpiece of the Rosen criminal trial.

Seems Senator Clinton will be forced to put her hand on a bible and tell the truth. This came to me as an alert. I hope it ends with a conviction but alas it wouldn't be the first time a clinton was convicted of wrong doing. Hopefully it is the start of the second round coming to the democrats. This has got to be bigger then DeLay but you'll never hear about it from the MSM. Or at least i hadn't heard anything since Rosen was let off?

It may not get through the California Supreme Court, which is not famous as a conservative body.

"---but you'll never hear about it from the MSM."

It is as in your face as you can get - I can do anything and no person, no body will question or cover what I do. That is the Democrat attitude. And that is the MSM's role. And no person should doubt it!!!

And I'm so tired of the blondi's on FoxNews not reporting only repeating what the MSM is saying.

Monica Crowley is free from MSNBC ... I would hope Fox would hire her.

As the plaintiff in Paul v Clinton I thought I would chime in on this posting. I have made various observations about the comparison between the special treatment Hillary and Bill Clinton have received in connection with their role in the filing three fraudulent FEC reports by Hillary's Senate campaign. They hid the more than $1.2 million I contributed to her campaign, with the collusion of DNC Chair Ed Rendell, who induced me to make the contribution.

If you review my blogs at www.peterfpaul.com and the US Justice Foundation Hillary Clinton Accountability Project web site at www.hillcap.org, you will learn of the outrageous treatment accorded the Clintons in protecting them from the same type of accountability and scrutiny accorded De Lay and Lewis Libby.

All Americans, and especially all Republicans should be clamoring for a further investigation into the role of the Clintons in obstructing the federal investigation of my multi million dollar contributions (which I caused through my whistle blowing) leading to the erroneous indictment and trial of Hillary's low level functionary David Rosen.
