The people of Louisiana need to help themselves before any real and long term help will even be considered.

I repeat my question. How does the title of this post "help" Louisiana? You do realize that there are lots of folks who see these titles and never open them to see what is inside don't you? I would guess that of the total number of folks who've read your title, less than 5% have actually read your posting.
