Please, dont start to Bash the President. Remember he is the President of the United States. To all residents. For him to just send Christmas Cards might be insensitive to our Jewish or Muslim friends and citizens. '

Im sure to his closest friends he is sending Christmas Cards. He loves the Lord he talks more about God than most people do the whole year. And he does it on a world forum.

Dont go there. Have a Merry Christmas.

I believe there was a Biblical verse inside the card.

Doug, you are quite correct. We received a Christmas card from President Bush and Laura.

THE LORD IS MY STRENGTH AND MY SHIELD; IN HIM MY HEART TRUSTS; SO I AM HELPED, AND MY HEART EXULTS, AND WITH MY SONG I GIVE THANKS TO HIM. PSALM 28:7 (RSV)

"I believe there was a Biblical verse inside the card."

Yes, an Old Testament verse.

Just pointing out the hypocrisy from the Bushbots, though it is getting less entertaining now as it gets so easy...

Frankly I don't care what the President does, but for the Republican sheep to prattle on and on about Macy's or Target not saying Christmas enough for their tastes reeks of hypocrisy when your hero-in-chief does the same thing without mention.

"He loves the Lord he talks more about God than most people do the whole year."

He also talks about the Constitution, too. Are you trying to say that speeches = beliefs?

He sure has fooled me with his big government socialism and his complete failure to secure us from the Mexican invasion.

I guess he and I read different Bibles and Constitutions.

Do you have something against the Old Testament? IMHO, the rest of your comment is not worthy of a response. If I want to hear that sort of irrational thinking, I'll log onto DU. Have a nice day, and Merry Christmas! :)

Don't go there? But we're being told to boycott businesses that do the same thing, supposedly try not offend non-christians. Sounds like a double standard.

I guess this is now a Mexican invasion thread. I'll call Macy's and Target and see how they feel about it. If they are for the Mexican invasion, are you going to be a hypocrite and shop there?

Many people here seem delighted to believe anything damaging to our President. I think they long for the days of the glorious revolution and want another Clinton in the White House so they can feel the rush of being the "underdogs" again.

"so they can feel the rush of being the "underdogs" again."

I am the underdog. I actually believe in limited government, capitalism, nationalism, and the Constitution.

Most of the GOP/Democrat party believes in international socialism.

I forwarded this to people I know outside FR, too. Since I only know real people, all of them pray that the ACLU Hate Group is dissolved, (dissolving medium unimportant).
