----You are missing the point here. This poster implied it is no longer up to Arnold either way. That Arnold has no say. That is what I am asking him. I thought Arnold could still screw up and grant it even though the courts have turned him down. Your post is common knowledge. Everyone knows this. It wasn't what I was asking this poster.
