LOL Those of us in Southeast Asia wonder if the contractor was Thai-Italia Construction. I guess we would know for sure if they found some bodies in the fill.

Thing is, you don't build a wall like that in a few days. Inspectors should have looked the construction over while in progress, and noted the materials being used.
