Anyone who is against the Patriot is clueless about the law, the Constitution, and Intelligence gathering.
There is a reason the ACLU is celebrating this result and it is not because it is good for America.
Terrorists will now be able to work under the radar and when Americans die, the opponents of the Patriot Act will get thank you notes from al qaeda.
