The promotion of lawsuits against Americans has been going on for a while now.
The women come here in labor so they can have their anchor baby on US soil- they have no medical records, noprenatal care, they do not pay their bill. If anything goes wrong they sue the Dr and hospital. This is so common it is hard to find anyone to deliver a baby near the border.
If the illegals get so much as a scratch during aprehension they must be taken to the hospital by Border Patrol, lawyers wait in the waiting rooms to file suit against US Govt.
It has become a way of life for the illegals to sue at the drop of the hat- they call a lawsuit the "American Lottery." Most of these lawsuits are settled for $25,000-$50,000 and get no publicity- but word of mouth in Mexico has spread the news.
