I always use the verse: "Do not muzzle the ox while he is threshing."

I hope if it was Kerry's wife, who I don't know, I would be objective. If you are comparing Victoria to Kerry's wife, I pity you.

Health and Wealth False Gospel Bump!!! Maybe she saw a demon run into the cockpit and decided to give it a go in exercising the damned thing.
It probably ran out from one of those little bottles of liquor. :D

Victoria ain't squat. I doubt they knew her from Adam's housecat. You have to watch the show to know her.
I seriously doubt the conspiracy theory.

You ought know by now how much concern I have over what other people think. On this question, the feeling is mutual.

They endorse material wealth and tell followers that God wants them to be prosperous. In his book, Osteen talks about how his wife, Victoria, a striking blonde who dresses fashionably, wanted to buy a fancy house some years ago, before the money rolled in. He thought it wasn't possible. "But Victoria had more faith," he wrote. "She convinced me we could live in an elegant home...and several years later, it did come to pass."

When Joel was boasting the baby-killing nancy pelosi on his show, his arrogance was beaming. For real - he gave Pelosi air time?? Tell more, please.

They were kicked out of First Class for no reason? Gimme a break. I've known of worse to happen, and yes, for no apparent reason.
I'm astonished to find myself actually agreeing with Pukin, but... I do agree, entirely.

Flying first class to ski in Vail is a great example of fulfilling Christ's teachings in Matthew 19. Yeah ... especially over the Xmas holidays. My first impression of this pastor (going back at least a year) ... way to glib and way to cutesy. It was only a matter of time ... Bakker and the other charlatan evangelist (name escapes me) found soliciting ladies of the night.

Just b/c they are fine people doesn't indicate they are teaching the bible word by word, verse by verse, and chapter by chapter as it should be taught. Says you.
You have a Bible? Read it. One of the draws of the Lakewood Church is that they tailor their message AND what is found in the bible to make the word applicable to what is going on in today's world.
It is not for everyone, but that does not make it wrong. It aint like he's got the only Bible and he is keeping it from you.

"I like the guy. He is one of the top preachers in the nation."
Allow me to correct you. His father was one of the greatest preachers in the nation. Joel looks like a whiny (not-so-good) imitator of dear ol' Dad, who is living off the latter's coattails. There is something so phony about him it makes my flesh crawl when I see him preach.
If you want to hear a great preacher, I suggest John Hagee of Cornerstone Church in San Antonio (understand now that I no longer endorse any kind of born-again or other form of religious orthodoxy whatsover, but Hagee is still fun to watch, from a stylistic/performance viewpoint).

but it appears that Victoria has some anger management issues. Hell hath no fury like a woman spilt upon? Or something along those lines.

Maybe she thought the pilots were going to be raptured and the plane was gonna crash. She could have waited until the plane was in the air to leap to conclusions.

Oh, where to start?
Ya know, I dont think I will.
Fly with the unwashed in the back of the plane? Free Republic Class warfare. It does not belong here.

With as much money they fleece from the flock you would think they would have their own fleet of Lear Jets. They may have all their money tied up in their yacht the "Flock Fleecer"!
To: Pukin Dog
If you know them, then please tell Joel to stop coming across as a flim-flamming WHINER. I'd rather listing to nails on a chalkboard.
Thank you.
