The black hoodlums and thugs took over Milwaukee many years ago. I am glad I no longer live there.
So are you saying you would still live there is the hoodlums were white or that there is no such thing as a black hoodlum?

Oh please SUGA! Lets not be in denial here about life in Milwaukee and about who dominates the thug population in said cities.
That being said, a thug is a thug, regardless of race.
