The one with Tome Cruise? It sucked so bad it shouldn't be above 100.

I agree. I also didn't like Skeleton Key.

Perhaps they mean the British production (Very true to the book), or the other American porduction (much lower budget special effects, much better writing and acting; set in the Shenedoah Valley).
