The one I can't stand is that "The Office" show. That dude ain't funny in any way, and all his attempts are almost painful. I don't know where he came from or why he "exploded" on the scene, but there's a heck of alot of folks who are way funnier than he is.

Somebody musta owed him money or something.

I actually enjoy The Office - more because of the whole cast and not just the lead (his name fails me at the moment). They do the best job mocking corporate America. Don't get me wrong, I am a big fan of corporate America, but its not without its flaws.

You're talking about Ricky Gervais's character. My wife (who grew up in England) and I hated it at first, but it does grow on you. Gervais's repellent, egotistical character (so repellent I can't remember the name of his character) is so obnoxious that is does become hilarious after a while. But as the BBC comedy shows go, "Father Ted" is the funniest of them all.

Sorry, you must be talking about the American version. You have to watch the original Brit version on BBC.
