You are right that a lot of them have fake SSNs- but some banks and other lenders do not require illegals to have SSN. Illegals can get a TPIN number issued by our government and they use that to have bank accounts and get loans.

Yep. Bank of America will allow them to open a bank account with a Mexican consulate card.
