If by that you mean haredi, then no. Israel is after all a mainly secular state. Has the US ever had an authentically Christian president? I don't think anyone would say that Pres Bush is christian equivalent of an orthodox jew.
No, I didn't mean haridi. I meant someone who actually cared about Jews and had the courage to stand up for them. Too many Israeli PM's were more concerned with politics.
