Lightning should strike Ted Kennedy for speaking of values to a judge. This fat hypocrite ran at break neck speed away from a crime, and then trying to look like a victim himself, he had the nerve to wear a neck brace in church. Around the time of Alito's nomination, one of the senators (I think they were on the Judiciary committee) said that they would call Chappakennedy on any attempts by him to take the high road on "values". Let's see if that senator keeps his word.

Its so pathetic listening to these people praise O'Connor like she was Oliver Wendell Holmes. These EXACT SAME SENATORS have spent the last 5 years nodding and winking to the morons who say Bush stole the election thanks to the Supreme Court. Why no blame for O'Connor for that?

Off Topic, The part we could not hear on Snow's show, DeLay vowed to get the Barrett report out.

Hatch did an excellent job at promoting OUR constitution. What a sad and sorry state our country is in when we have PROMOTE our own constitution. The remarks made by Leahy and Kennedy show this. They both have questionable morals. Brit Hume also explained that all the anti-constitution folks(even though they speak of being open-minded) already have their evil little minds made up.

But that was then ... this is now
normally tactics Dems do ...
Remember how they praised Reagan at his funeral??
When truth is .. they hated him when he was alive

Kyl is a couple of speakers away. I recommend he start with identifying the Senators who wish to pass judgement on Alito.
"Tell me, are we worthy to judge this man? Am I, is Senator Kennedy?, Senator Byrd?"

The Swimmer knows how to pronounce Alito. He is trying to get a rise out or reaction out of the Judge. Pretty childish.

I'm pretty pleased with Grassley's remarks. I am very glad that our side is fighting back.

I think that that fact that Kennedy couldn't even get the man's name right...should be cause to discount his opinions and vote...
I think that Kennedy's speech, and not even knowing his name...just sealed the confirmation for Judge Alito...
PLUS, Grassley just said that Alito had been confirmed UNANIMOUSLY 2 times before in the Senate...
