I thought the same thing until I read the linked story. If you have the time, click on the link and read the whole article at the Smoking Gun. Not just the excerpt here. Pretty strong case for there being major deception. Pretty disgusting.

That is the dumbest, most ignorant response I've read on FR, and that's saying alot.
I take that as a personal challenge!
Cow dung in moonlight ain't cowbells alright! More cowbell! Books with cowbell! More cowbell fancy boy books!

Precisely. Just stick Frey's book on the other shelf. It still packs a wallop.

Boy, I'm late getting back to you...but the last time I watched an "Oprah" show was around 1988 or so. Can't stand her or her silly audience.

I'd like a dentist to confirm, but I believe if the root is completely dead, the procedure can be performed without anesthesia. It can. I was horrified when my dentist suggested it, but there was no pain, just the noise of the drill.

I actually saw a bit of his appearance on Oprah when I was at the gym. I thought he enjoyed recounting his screwup stories a little too much. He seemed strangely proud of them. And now it turns out he's proud of his lies. The hallmark skills of a substance abuser is lying to and manipulating others. I have seen too many who hang on to this part of their life even after giving up the substance abuse.
Your life ain't straight if hang on to the lie and the con. Oprah and this goof display similar traits (Oprah with a much smoother delivery).

It is sold as a non-fiction biography......rme, which makes the guy a liar not a fiction author. gees. And Oprah still recommends it? She's been had.

If Oprah recommends it it is usually some depressing drivel I wouldn't enjoy.
