Does she do anything expect for talk about abortion? Is there any other issue Feindstein?
Her act is tired.
how many times does he have to say "I can't discuss issues that might come up before the court in the forseeable future"

Wish someone on our side of the aisle would point that out. Repeats that stare decisis is not inexorable--now says it is not fair to tell someone, in essence, I've already made up my mind on this issure (abortion). DIFI is pushing him hard on this--people are entitled to know how he's going to vote. He's saying that some issues are obviously not that "settled" on abortion. Good--DiFi is backing off on this.

She is obsessed. I've had libs say that we (Republicans) are okay with the death penalty but not abortion and how do we square that.

I've told them they want to keep the worst kind of criminals alive but kill the innocent unborn and how do they square that?

No offense to her fans, but can anyone seriously imagine Harriet Miers surviving this kind of experience -- with or without notes?

No.

Years and years ago there was a bar on Route 22 in New Jersey named "The Office". Men could call their wives to tell them they were still at the office and would be late for dinner. Can anyone check the D.C. phone book to see if there indeed is a bar named "The Gym"? Altho it could be that Ted's favorite bartender works out there and he is just placing a take-out order!

Must have been the legislative wing of the Judicial branch that "well settled" it. These RATs are so transparent.

I wish Alito would have said, "One deals with voting rights and the other deals with the killing a baby -- that is the difference you blood thirsty wench!"

Maybe Feinstein wasn't around yesterday when Cornyn's charts showed that Alito's views on commerce are right in line with Justice O'Connor's!

I thought so. Sneaky, using testimony where Roberts would be saying he would defer to existing settled supreme court precidents, and suggesting that a supreme court justice should make the same promise.
