Kennedy wanted to go into executive session to subpoena the CAP organization for information on the organization or something like that. Specter said he'd consider it. Kennedy got mad and said if you don't address this, I'll keep bringing it up again and again until we get a vote. Specter got pissed and said I don't care about your threats, this is my committee and you're not going to tell me how to run it. It was SO great.
