Alito didn't hesitate...to agree to make the list...
Graham better get out in front of this...and somehow work it into his time that he helped coach Alito..that will take the GOTCHA factor away.
Didn't Graham already admit to sitting on a "moot court" panel with Alito in the well? Having his name on a list won't give any more ammunition, it only confirms what has already been admitted. And Alito testified under oath in these hearings that he was not coached in how to answer. IOW, lots of smoke and fury will be generated - needs to be on order to provide cover for some amount of voting against advise & consent.
