I live in MA. You have no idea how long it took to get cable to offer FNC. I can't even convey how hostile some people up here are to FNC. Fox Derangement Syndrome.

Yep, and satellite dish programing don't offer Fox on the bottom tier, you have to purchase higher level programing for Fox, but CNN and MSNBC are at the lower levels.
In that case, I think people will pay to get Fox since almost none watch CNN or MSNBC.
