How many do they need to force another round?

I don't know all the rules but I think Spector can actually deny a 3rd round. It is a senatorial courtesy, giveing them the 3rd round.

I think Spector will demand the names of all who want a 3rd round of questions so that he can schedule the other who want to testify.

They will get another round. Specter wants it tonight, Leahy wants it tomorrow so they can have the night to do some polling, see if anything is working, so they know what to say tomorrow.
