How about the 1st Duke?

Sir William Henry Vane, 1st Duke of Cleveland was born on 27 July 1766.1 He was the son of Henry Vane, 2nd Earl of Darlington and Margaret Lowther.1 He was baptised on 18 August 1766 in St. James's, Westminster, London, England.1 He married, firstly, Lady Catherine Margaret Powlett, daughter of Admiral Harry Powlett, 6th Duke of Bolton and Katherine Lowther, on 17 September 1787 in Hackwood, Hampshire, England.1 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Russell, daughter of Robert Russell, on 27 July 1813 in St. James Square, Westminster, London, England.2 He died on 29 January 1842 at age 75 in St. James Square, Westminster, London.2 He was buried in Staindrop, County Durham, England.2 His will was probated in April 1842, at under £1,000,000, although he also is said to have left another £1,250,000 in consols and £1,000,000 in palte and jewels.2
Sir William Henry Vane, 1st Duke of Cleveland was baptised with the name of William Harry.1 He matriculated in Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, on 25 April 1783.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for Totnes between 1788 and 1790.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for Winchelsea between 1790 and 1792.1 He was styled as Viscount Barnard.1 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Viscount Barnard of Barnard's Castle [G.B., 1754] on 8 September 1792.1 He succeeded to the title of 5th Baron Barnard of Barnard's Castle, in the Bishopric of Durham [E., 1698] on 8 September 1792.1 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Earl of Darlington, co. Durham [G.B., 1754] on 8 September 1792.1 He was created 1st Marquess of Cleveland [U.K.] on 5 October 1827.1 He held the office of Bearer of the Sword, at King William IV's coronation on 8 September 1831.1 He was created 1st Baron Raby of Raby Castle, co. Durham [U.K.] on 29 January 1833.1 He was created 1st Duke of Cleveland [U.K.] on 29 January 1833, although Gibbs writes a long criticism of this selection of title, given its previous history in being created for his 'notorious ancestress as the actual wages of her prostitution.1' He was invested as a Knight, Order of the Garter (K.G.) on 17 April 1839.1
Lord Belhaven commented that he "always had his wine glasses made without a foot, so that they would not stand, and you were obliged to drink off the whole glass when you dined with him."2
