Ditto what Californians IMHO have done to Oregon and are now doing to Nevada. I don't know how much longer Republican Presidential candidates hold that state

I live on Cape Cod and almost everyone I meet knows two or three families that are packing it on and moving. South Carolina is the state I hear the most. There are three main factors for this. One -the Cape Cod middle class are taking the huge gains in property values, cashing in, semi-retiring, and moving to what they think are the next boom towns. Two- the cost of living here is staggering and affordable only if you own your own business, or are one the millionaires or billionnaires who live on Marthas Vineyard or Nantucket. Three-"White Flight"- there is an ENORMOUS influx of Brazilians. Hyannis is now called little Brazil, and the huge Brazilian population only frequents Brazilian owned businesses.Crime rates are going up and the old established businesses are getting out.
