I searched images for 'Walter Cronkite' and that was about the 4th image to pop up. I noticed the file name is "WalterCronkiteAtAbuGhraib".
That is actually the picture of a/the Wal-mart greeter who used some garbage bags to make the costume he has on and was fired as a result.
