It's overkill to delegitimize the practice of judicial filibusters? Think about the future for a second. Allowing a filibuster of a supreme court nominee and legitimizing it with a cloture vote would set a precedent and basically nullify the entire nuclear option entirely!!!

If there's cloture, there IS NO filibuster.
