"Believe it or not, she was one of the descending voters on the gay marriage case" I hope you're not talking about Cheif Justice Margaret Marshall, because she was the swing vote FOR gay marriage in Massachusetts. The Court was tied, and so in essence she gave homosexual, pervert marriage to Massachusetts all by herself, because at that point she alone held to power to legalize it or shoot it down.
