The problem is that the winning or loss of the presidency has much more impact on the folks toward the bottom of the heap, than further up. It could be that principles are more important to you, when principles have often been the only things you had.
The absolute best way to prevent HIllary from becoming president is for George H.W. Bush to become a good friend of Bubba Clinton. Even better would be Dubya Bush becoming a friend of Clinton.
Anyone who has been reading the fine print knows that Hillary has been booed and heckled at two Democratic party fundraising meetings in the last two or three weeks. One in the state of Washington.
I think it is the most brilliant way to keep Hillary from ever getting the Democratic nomination. Neither Bush is ever going to run for anything again. But Hillary wants to be president. She has the money, she has the media, she just lacks support of the Demoratic Base. And anything that ticks off the Democratic Base at Hillary and Bill is a very good thing.
If Dubya could just get his picture taken hugging Hillary, the she wolf might not even get re-elected to the senate.
