IMHO, the NFL made a horrible decision to have the Super Bowl in Detroit. Regardless of who wins, there will be rioting and looting in the streets. That's just the way it is in Detroit.

Sometimes I wonder if the empty seats at the stadium during a Lions game isn't because of lack of fan base, but fans feel safer watching on the big screen TV at home.

I'd be curious what the cost of security is in Detroit vs the super bowl in Atlanta right after 9/11?

I have lived in the greater Detroit area for almost 10 years.
I have been downtown once.

When I lived in Cleveland, we partied downtown every weekend. NOT HERE!

The SB should be held in Vegas every year IMO.

You're an idiot. There will be no rioting. How much you want to bet on this?

ROTFL. You must be kidding. That stadium consistently sells out every single home game.
