So, Amanpour is getting paid to give her sorry a$% opinion about US foreign policy!!! CNN = Completely Nuanced Nincompoops!
The self styled "journalist" Ms. Amanpour knows nothing of and does not believe in objectivity--she thinks of herself as a moral arbiter. A few years back she said:
"Objectivity, that great journalistic buzzword, means giving all sides a fair hearing - not treating all sides the same - particularly when all sides are not the same. When you are in a situation like Bosnia, you are an accomplice - an accomplice to genocide."
She knows nothing of real genocide either...

She DID prefer Saddam. Remember, it was CNN that had a cozy deal with Saddam...to clear their stories with their government in order to maintain a "presence" in Baghdad. If CNN had let it be KNOWN that they were under those constraints, that would have been one thing....but instead, they lauded Saddam...saying he won 100 percent of the vote, blah blah blah.
CNN sucks....and thier ratings prove it.

I was going to say that I'm sure Saddam must agree with her that the US's Iraq incursion has been disasterous.
